Here’s what you can expect during your visit:

Check In

When you arrive at one of our clinics, simply walk over to the check in kiosk and let us know you’re here. If you need help or have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

If we need additional information, we’ll call you by name. Depending on the reason for your visit, there may be additional information to review or complete.

What to Bring

Please be sure to bring the following with you:

  •  Photo ID
  •  Insurance card
  •  Form of payment

Please make sure to have these ready when you come in. Depending on the reason for your visit, you may be asked to provide additional information.

Wait Time

At Affordacare, our goal is to get you feeling better fast. We understand that, when you’re sick, you don’t want to sit in a waiting room. We are able to see most patients in one hour or less, however, wait times may vary during peak flu season and other busy times of the year.

Your wait time will be based on the number of patients in line ahead you. Want to save time? Check in online and we’ll text you when it’s time to show up.
